Deepa Rani Shekar was in the field of academics for almost two decades teaching English at various capacities, from high school to pre-university, graduation and post graduation. However she is a born counselor with the innate quality of knowing the pulse of people around her with just one look. She used to casually counsel people, even before she actually knew the spelling of counseling, even those much older than her with amazing ease and success. In course of her academic career she trained to be a counselor and incorporated her counseling skills and honed it with each passing day and with each case she counseled. She has been successful in almost all the cases she has dealt with.
She realized she was gifted with the ability to reach the exact trigger point of a physical pain or ache without even being told by the person asking for massage. Those who received healing massages felt and told her that she had healing fingers and a very soothing touch. However she herself suffered from failing health and underwent five surgeries in a very short span and the diagnosis and medicines and medical procedures were just not helping her recuperate. That is when she ventured into Reiki and resolved all her problems within a span of forty eight days! This kindled a fire of passion in her to do more and she was keen to give it back to the world. She went on to do her mastery and this was the heralding of a new path. She did individual Healing as well as group healing and wove the threads of magic into all those she came in touch with. She left a sprinkling of miracles wherever she went and to whoever sought her help. She also does group programs, corporate assignments for better physical and mental wellbeing. She is a strong believer in prevention is always better than cure. Her methods are very simple but anchors the individuals onto the journey of wellness and glide towards the pinnacle of bliss.
She then did her Workshop Leader’s Training and International certification to lead the famous program of Love-Heal Your Life, propounded by Late Louise L Hay and shut the doors of her academic career and founded the Trust- Transform Life Programs® with her young and equally enthusiastic daughter Rekha Datta, who was at that time the youngest Heal Your Life Workshop Leader. The name Transform Life programs was chosen to say that once anyone walks through the portals of the Healing Centre, their life will be transformed and will never be the same again.
She then added lot more feathers to her cap by learning various powerful modalities of Healing from founders and world renowned masters from across the globe. Most of which she has done Mastery and also teaches to empower people continue on the path of Healing. Eventually she has channeled many healing modalities that is used as healing tools at the center and also she believes in teaching it and empowering people to learn the modalities. Dr. Deepa is also a powerful medium and is gifted with the guidance of Divination tools like Taraot, Akashic Reading , Mokshapata, etc. She is very passionate about her work and very compassionate about the people who seek her; her conviction itself is motivation enough to heal any area of anyone’s life! She is an alchemist transmuting base issues into the gold of Divine Healing. A catalyst who speeds up the process of Healing! To know it for yourself, you have to choose to learn from her.

Rekha Datta is a meritorious engineering graduate with a passion for gadgets, coding and software technology with a masters, currently living in the United States. She along with her beloved mother Dr Deepa Rani Shekar co-founded Transform Life Programs. Infact she’s the one who coined the name Transform Life Programs.
Along with her corporate job, she was an active managing partner and healer at TLP until she moved to the United States. Rekha discovered the power of healing during a pivotal time in her life and by embracing holistic practices, she found the strength and clarity to move abroad, pursue higher education, and build a fulfilling career. This transformation not only shaped her path but also ignited her passion to help others create meaningful change in their own lives. She still supports the brain child she co founded in whatever ways possible
Drushya Girish was a Miss India empaneled model and fashion designer. She had learnt a lot of healing modalities from her friend, philosopher, mentor and guide, Maestro Dr Deepa Rani Shekar to actually heal her own umpteen health issues, which at that time was concluded by doctors that her issues had no cure and she didn’t have much time on earth. That is when she met Dr Deepa, though she was very sceptical and cynical initially. Then when the first healing session showed visible changes and the blood reports came normal, there was no looking behind for Drushya! She delved deeper and leant more and honed her skills in healing. She then took up the role of a healer as a filler when she quit her designer job from a reputed apparel company. However she liked it so very much she requested Dr Deepa to let her continue to work at TLP.
She is an accredited, accomplished, gifted, committed and trusted Spiritual healer and dedicated team member at Transformation Life Programs, supporting clients through energy healing and guided practices to foster emotional well-being, self-discovery, and lasting transformation.
Her self journey into healing has been one of deep growth and self-discovery. Along the way, she says she has been blessed with the loving guidance of Dr. Deepa Rani Shekar as a mentor whose wisdom, patience, and unwavering support has shaped her both as a healer and as a person. Her belief in Drushya has been a constant source of inspiration, teaching her what it truly means to serve with compassion, humility, and grace.
She strongly feels this is more than her profession and it is her calling, her passion, and her way of giving back to the world. For every step of this journey, she carries immense gratitude, especially to “Deepa Aunty” as she finally addresses her mentor and employer, for guiding her and helping her become the best version of herself.
Chaitra Prakash is a very dedicated. committed and trusted member of Team TLP. She serves as the receptionist and is the first point of contact at the Healing Center.
Before joining Team TLP, she was over worked and overwhelmed. The long hours left her with very little time and energy for her family and personal hobbies. She was most often drained and struggled to find a balance.
Transform Life programs changed everything for her. It provided her with the opportunity to grow, not just professionally but personally. She learnt to communicate more effectively with clients and have become enthusiastic about taking on new challenges. Every day, she’s learning new healing skills and gaining valuable experience by being an active part of the team.
Now she feels more energetic and enthusiastic than ever before, feels an enthusiasm and excitement towards life. The programs at TLP has helped her find a healthy balance, allowing her to be fully present at both her work and family. She’s proud to be a member of the Transform Life programs team and grateful for the growth that has experienced and is experiencing.
